At Ocean Suites Motel, we are more than "just a place to stay." We are all neighbors! We want you to have a pleasant stay at your "beach home," and have designed a list of courtesies to make our apartment suites a quiet, comfortable "home away from home".

• All guest must be registered

• No smoking inside room (outside only)

• Pets are not allowed

• No noise or load music is allowed

• No cooking of fresh crabs

• Alcohol is not allowed outside guest suites. Violation or suspected violation of any state or federal laws anywhere on the property will be reported to the authorities.

• Guests who violate these courtesies will be asked to leave immediately. No refunds.

Notice to guests: This property is privately owned. Management reserves the right  to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuable of any kind.
